Inner Shift Hub is a mindset and business coaching platform founded by Gargi Rathod a certified Life and Mindset Coach, Zen Counsellor, Business Coach, and EFT Practitioner. Gargi found us through a Google search and needed a website that authentically represents the transformational nature of her coaching work. We delivered a fully custom WordPress website built using an AI-assisted design process combining the speed of AI ideation with human design craft and precision custom development. The result is a calming yet professional online presence that communicates transformation from the very first scroll, with a client experience rated 5 stars on Google.

The main challenges

  • Ensuring the website performed well in search engines for coaching related queries from her target audience of entrepreneurs and business owners across India.

The solutions we provided

  • Designed the website using an AI assisted ideation process in Figma, rapidly exploring visual directions, colour palettes, and layout concepts before settling on a final custom design that was then developed from scratch with no templates used.
  • Built a fully custom WordPress theme from the approved Figma design, no page builders, no Elementor, no pre built templates. Every section coded precisely to match the design intent.
  • Implemented Advanced Custom Fields throughout the website giving Gargi clean, labelled input fields to manage testimonials, program details, coaching stats, and content updates independently without touching code.
  • Integrated Calendly directly into the website with booking links in the navigation and at multiple call to action points, enabling visitors to book a Growth Assessment Call or Clarity Call immediately from the website.
  • Integrated live Instagram feed from @coachgargirathod above the footer, automatically pulling fresh content from her active social presence into the website.
  • Implemented WhatsApp Business integration throughout the website giving prospects an instant, low friction inquiry channel alongside the standard contact form.
  • Built a fully mobile responsive layout tested across all device types, essential for a coaching audience that frequently browses on mobile.
  • Developed SEO compliant architecture from the foundation, clean URLs, proper heading hierarchy, meta title and description framework, schema markup, and fast load times meeting Google Core Web Vitals requirements.
  • Integrated Google Maps on the contact page for location visibility and local search credibility.
  • Ensured cross browser compatibility across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
