Every website project starts with a conversation. Sometimes that conversation is straightforward. Sometimes it reveals something more interesting, a client who has a very specific vision of who they are and who they serve, and needs a website that can communicate that vision to a stranger within the first 30 seconds of landing on it.
The Inner Shift Hub project was the second kind.
Gargi Rathod, a certified life and business mindset coach, Zen counsellor, and EFT practitioner, came to us through Google search. She had been building her coaching practice, Inner Shift Hub, and reached a point where her online presence needed to match the seriousness and depth of the work she was doing with clients.
The brief was clear: build a website that communicates transformation. Not just a service listing. A full story. A presence that someone lands on and immediately understands, this is different from other coaching websites.
Gargi Rathod is a certified Life and Mindset Coach, Zen Counsellor, Business Coach, and EFT Level 1 Practitioner. Her coaching practice, Inner Shift Hub, works with entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals who are stuck, not for lack of effort, but because of the internal patterns running underneath their strategy.
The Inner Shift philosophy is built around three interconnected pillars: Mindset, Skillset, and Actionset. The premise is that most business growth problems are not strategy problems. They are internal programming problems. Fix how you think, and what you do changes. What you do changes, and what you create changes.
Her client base spans entrepreneurs in Mumbai, corporate leaders in Delhi, creative directors in Bangalore, architects in Surat, and business owners across Gujarat. The coaching is delivered through three structured programs, Evolve, Grow, and Thrive, each designed for a different stage of the client’s transformation journey.
With 500 plus individuals coached and a growing body of client testimonials describing specific, measurable transformation, Gargi needed a website that represented both the depth of the methodology and the breadth of the results her clients were experiencing.
Coaching websites face a specific design challenge. The work is deeply personal and transformational, but the website needs to communicate this quickly, clearly, and credibly to someone who has never met the coach before.
Many coaching websites fall into one of two traps. Either they are overly corporate and impersonal, structured like a service business website with pricing tables and feature lists, or they are overly abstract and soft, full of aspirational language without clear explanation of what the coaching actually involves or what results clients can expect.
The Inner Shift Hub brief asked for something in between. Professional and credible. Personal and authentic. Clear about methodology. Compelling about transformation. And visually calm, the kind of website you spend time on rather than scan and leave.
One of the distinctive elements of this project was the use of AI in the design process, not as a replacement for design thinking, but as a tool that accelerated ideation and exploration.
We used AI tools in the early design phase to rapidly generate and evaluate multiple visual direction options, colour palette combinations, typography pairings, layout concepts, and visual language approaches, before settling on the design direction to develop fully in Figma.
This AI assisted exploration stage compresses what would traditionally take multiple design briefing rounds into a faster, more iterative process. The client could see and react to genuine visual directions rather than abstract descriptions, which accelerated alignment on the final creative direction.
The final design was then developed from scratch in Figma, custom, not templated. AI helped explore the direction. Human design thinking and Figma execution delivered the final product.
WordPress was the right platform for this project for several specific reasons.
Gargi needed to be able to add blog posts, update program descriptions, and make content changes herself without requiring developer involvement for routine updates. WordPress’s mature content management system handles this naturally.
Advanced Custom Fields was implemented throughout the website to give Gargi clean, labelled input fields for all dynamic content sections, testimonials, program details, coaching stats, team information, without exposing her to page builder complexity or requiring code knowledge.
The theme itself was built from scratch. No pre built templates. No page builders. Custom PHP development from the approved Figma design, ensuring that every element of the visual design was implemented precisely and without the performance overhead that template based or page builder builds typically carry.
The website is fully mobile responsive across all device sizes, phones, tablets, and desktop screens of varying widths. Given that Gargi’s audience of entrepreneurs and business owners frequently consumes content on mobile, this was a foundational requirement rather than a feature. Every section, every button, every testimonial carousel was tested and verified across device types.
The primary conversion action for a coaching website is a call or session booking. We integrated Calendly directly into the website, linked from the primary navigation and from multiple call to action points throughout the site, so interested visitors can book a Growth Assessment Call or a Clarity Call immediately, without leaving the website or waiting for an email response.
This integration removes the most common friction point in coaching website conversion: the gap between a visitor’s interest and their ability to act on it.
WhatsApp is a primary communication channel for many of Gargi’s prospective clients across India. A WhatsApp Business button is integrated throughout the website, giving visitors an immediate, low friction way to make contact through the channel they use most naturally.
Gargi maintains an active Instagram presence as @coachgargirathod, where she shares coaching insights, client stories, and practical mindset content. The Instagram feed is integrated directly into the website homepage, pulling live content automatically.
This integration serves multiple purposes simultaneously. It shows visitors that the coaching practice is active and current. It provides a stream of authentic, real world content that supports credibility. And it creates a natural bridge between the website and the social media presence where many potential clients discover Gargi’s work initially.
For clients who prefer in person sessions or want to verify the physical presence of the coaching practice, Google Maps is integrated on the contact page, providing clear location information alongside other contact options.
Contact forms are implemented on the contact page with instant email notification for every submission. The forms are designed to be simple, name, email, phone, and a message field, reducing friction for visitors who prefer to reach out by form rather than by direct call or WhatsApp.
The website was built with SEO best practices embedded from the foundation. Clean URL structure, proper heading hierarchy across all pages, meta title and description framework configured for every page, image alt text implementation, schema markup for the business, fast load times meeting Google’s Core Web Vitals requirements, and XML sitemap submission to Google Search Console.
For a coaching business where many potential clients begin their search with terms like mindset coach India, business transformation coach, or life coach for entrepreneurs, organic search visibility is a meaningful client acquisition channel that the website architecture supports from day one.
The website was tested and verified across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, ensuring consistent visual experience and functionality for visitors regardless of their preferred browser.
The website architecture was built to serve the specific user journey of a potential coaching client, someone who typically arrives uncertain about whether coaching is right for them, and needs to be both understood and inspired before they are ready to book a call.
The homepage opens with a clear hero statement, Fix Your Mindset. Grow Your Business. Transform Your Life, that immediately positions the coaching in terms of the outcomes a visitor wants, not the features of the service. The Inner Shift formula, Shift Your Mindset, Build Your Business, Grow Your Income, is presented as a clear, logical progression.
The page then moves through a comparison of ordinary versus extraordinary entrepreneur mindset, a section that is designed to create recognition in the target reader. Visitors who see themselves in the extraordinary mindset column understand immediately what they are aspiring to. Visitors who recognise their current patterns in the ordinary column understand what they need to change.
Gargi’s personal story follows, written in her authentic voice, describing her own entrepreneurial struggles and the internal shift that changed her results. This section builds the personal trust that is essential for a coaching relationship.
The three programs, Evolve, Grow, and Thrive, are presented with clear positioning for each stage of the client journey. Evolve for those identifying their growth barriers. Grow for those ready to master their mindset. Thrive for those ready to transform their identity, business, and future.
Each program has a clear call to action connecting directly to Calendly for booking or enquiry.
Fourteen client testimonials are featured across the website, from entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, creative directors, and business owners in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Surat, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chennai, Vadodara, and Rajkot. The testimonials are specific, personal, and describe measurable outcomes, conversion rates improving from 10 to 42 percent, opening international markets within 90 days, doubling prices while retaining clients.
The breadth and specificity of the social proof on this website is exceptional for a coaching practice and was carefully structured into the website layout to appear at the moments where a visitor’s confidence needs reinforcement.
The Inner Shift Hub website launched and Gargi’s response captured exactly what the project was designed to achieve.
She found us through a Google search. She engaged with our portfolio and our approach. She shared her vision for what the website needed to communicate. And when the website launched, it matched that vision.
The website now serves as the primary online presence for a coaching practice that is actively helping entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders across India shift their internal patterns and translate that shift into real business results.
